Shipping policy

We’re a small but mighty shop, and we work hard to get your custom orders out the door as quickly as possible! Here’s what you need to know:

🕒 Production Time

All orders are made to order. Standard production time is 10-15  business days after your order is placed (not including weekends or holidays). Some bulk or team orders may take longer — we’ll always keep you updated.

📦 Shipping

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

• Shipping Time: 2–5 business days (after production)

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location

• Please Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has left our shop.

If you're nearby, you can choose Local Pickup at checkout!

• You’ll receive an email or text notification when your order is ready (during business hours only).

• Pickup Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–4 PM

Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation that your order is ready. We’re hustling behind the scenes and want to make sure your order is perfect before pickup!

📣 Team Stores & Preorders

Items purchased through team stores or preorders will ship or be available for pickup approximately 2-4  weeks after the store closes, not from the date of purchase. Fulfillment timelines will be listed on the product page or team store homepage.
