Refund policy

At Dirt Road Design, every item is custom-made with care. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or personalized items.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives with:

  • The wrong item(s)

  • A defect or damage

  • A mistake on our end (wrong size, print error, etc.)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thedirtroaddesign.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right — whether that’s a replacement or store credit.

❌ We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please check the size charts carefully)

  • Typos submitted during personalization

  • Normal wear and tear or customer damage

We reserve the right to deny any return that doesn’t meet our policy criteria.
